What's a good Pilates excercise to get rid of bulky thighs and calves? - does pilates help get rid of kyphosis
It's hard for me to make a fifth floor in ballet because my legs are so big, and I'm only 14!

When you talk of fat, it will be executed immediately. Only a slight jog every morning or afternoon, and the mixture.
When you say stop the muscles around the construction of the legs. Lift weights, do not work in pumping up the muscle, just stretching and use only the muscles for use, what about any more.
Worked for me.

I use a DVD titled The Crisis pilatesa fat burning. The first 30 minutes I'm going pilates cardiovascular and some movements are in fact movements of ballet. Running muscle mass developed, which is good to keep the muscles THOIS, but it makes it easier.
