My brother has this nasty impetigo, which usually, he stayed in school for at least 3 days and went to the doctor twice. It's speading everywhere. Their disgust and leaves nothing super. I just wanted to know what to do because its really disgusting worry about me, his appearance and antibiotics Arent.

Take your medication, as stated, whether the case has been used? You can not disappear by itself. If it was not to take anything, a dermatologist, they will know what you do with your problem.
